Creative Earners Club Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Creative Earners Club! By joining our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to support and encourage you on your journey to creating consistent income, and we’re excited to have you with us.

1. Membership Access
As a member, you gain access to our exclusive resources, including video trainings, workbooks, and a course library.
Founding members who join at the current rate of $9/month will retain access to all new benefits as the program evolves.
2. Billing and Payment
Membership dues are billed monthly (or yearly) on the same day you signed up.
The current membership fee is $9/month or $99/year for founding members. This rate will remain for founding members, even if membership fees change in the future.
Payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Cancellations and Renewals
You may cancel your membership at any time by reaching out via email at Coach@VickyArsenault.com.
Upon cancellation, all membership benefits will immediately be terminated.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Membership Conduct
Members are expected to participate respectfully in our community spaces, such as our group discussions and any live sessions.
Any form of disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided within the membership, including videos, workbooks, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Vicky Arsenault and Creative Earners Club.
Members may not share, redistribute, or sell any of the materials outside of the membership.
6. Changes to Membership
We reserve the right to update or modify membership content, pricing, and benefits as the program evolves.
Founding members will maintain access to any new benefits at their current rate of $9/month or $99/year.
